g Cinnamon

g Ground Cloves

g Ground Nutmeg

g White Pepper (freshly ground)

g Aniseed (freshly ground)

g Ground ginger

g Cardamom (freshly ground from green pods)

Whisk all spices together and voilà, you’re done!

What a delicious blend! I ground the ginger, cinnamon, clove from whole pieces that really made it so fresh!

I love this spice blend!  I made the cookies for a New Year's Eve party.  My friends are all foodies, and they really liked the cookies.  I will use cookie cutters, until I find the cookie molds.
