Step 1
In a bowl, combine soy, maple syrup, ginger and Mingle’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning & set aside.
Step 2
Add olive oil to a pan on medium high heat & prepare salmon fillets by patting the skin dry (for crispy skin) and place on pan, skin side down.
Step 3
Pour soy ginger mixture on top of salmon let cook for 5-7 mins (or until salmon is cooked).
Step 4
Flip and cook for an additional 90 seconds then take off the heat.
Step 5
Add broccolini to pan & cook until al dente.
Step 6
Prepare soba noodles as per packet instruction.
Step 7
Prepare Spicy Bagel dressing by adding all ingredients to a bowl & mix until combined.
Step 8
