With a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken breasts to thing them out (make sure they&#39;re even).

Coat chicken breasts in some EVOO &amp;amp; a generous sprinkle of Mingle’s Garlic &amp;amp; Herb Seasoning.

Place chicken breasts in the air fryer for 13-15 mins on 180C.

To a large salad bowl, add Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, parmesan cheese, garlic, capers, lemon juice &amp;amp; Mingle’s Citrus Pepper Seasoning then mix until combined.

Throw the greens into a bowl &amp;amp; mix until evenly coated in dressing.

1.5 Tsp vinegar

Place cucumbers between 2 chopsticks and cut one side at a 45 degree angle. Flip and cut straight across.

Place cucumbers in a bowl &amp;amp; sprinkle with sea salt (to draw out excess moisture). Let sit for 5 mins then rinse.

To the cucumbers, add vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar and Mingle’s Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Mix until cucumbers are coated in the sauce &amp;amp; enjoy.

500 gm chicken mince

rice

onion diced

red chilli finely chopped

eggs

Spring onions (to serve) diced

extra virgin olive oil

Prepare rice as per packet instructions

To a pan, heat EEVO then add in onion &amp;amp; sauté until fragrant. Mix in garlic &amp;amp; cook for 1-2 mins.

Add chicken mince into pan along with diced chilli &amp;amp; Mingles Green Curry sachet. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

To serve, add rice &amp;amp; mince to a bowl. Top with fried egg, Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning &amp;amp; spring onions.

Sprinkle of Mingle’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Salmon fillets

Bunch Broccolini

Packet Soba noodles

Cup Edamame beans (cooked)

Tsp Fresh ginger (grated)

Tbsp Soy sauce

Tsp Maple syrup

Tsp Mingle’s Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning

Tsp Raw honey

Cup Apple cider vinegar

Cup Olive oil

Tbsp Light soy

Tbsp egg

In a bowl, combine soy, maple syrup, ginger and Mingle’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning &amp;amp; set aside.

Add olive oil to a pan on medium high heat &amp;amp; prepare salmon fillets by patting the skin dry (for crispy skin) and place on pan, skin side down.

Pour soy ginger mixture on top of salmon let cook for 5-7 mins (or until salmon is cooked).

Flip and cook for an additional 90 seconds then take off the heat.

Add broccolini to pan &amp;amp; cook until al dente.

Prepare soba noodles as per packet instruction.

Prepare Spicy Bagel dressing by adding all ingredients to a bowl &amp;amp; mix until combined.

Assemble your salmon bowl, drizzle spicy bagel dressing and top with an extra sprinkle of Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning :)
