Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C.

Step 2

Defrost frozen spinach as per on pack instructions. Then squeeze and drain excess liquid from spinach. Stir in ricotta cheese and season with salt & pepper

Step 3

Layer mixture in between lasagne sheets. There should be about 4-6 layers. Top with the can of diced tomatoes. Sprinkle grated tasty & mozzarella over the tomato mix.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted on top.
