Step 1

Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare the stuffing according to package directions.

Chop the onions and mince the garlic (if using fresh) and if the cheeses need to be shredded, get that done too.

Step 3

Cook sausage: In a large skillet, crumble the sausage and begin to cook it over medium heat. Add in the onions and garlic; continue to cook until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the grease and set it aside.

Step 4

Assemble: In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, sausage mixture and spinach. Transfer to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Monterey jack cheese.

Step 5

In a small bowl, combine milk and eggs; pour over the sausage mixture.

Step 6

Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly. Enjoy!
