Pour into a bowl and fold in cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Grease muffin tins or place liners inside. Pour just under 1/4 cup of egg mixture into each muffin tin - filling it about 2/3 full. Top each egg bite with a rounded teaspoon of bacon. Gently press bacon into the mixture.
Step 4
Bake 20-22 minutes, or until eggs are set. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.
