Step 1
Place the strawberries in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and add the orange juice. Stir to combine. Set aside at room temperature, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, use electric beaters to whisk the cream in a small bowl until soft peaks form.
Step 3
Divide the strawberries among serving dishes and top with a little of the juice from the bowl and a dollop of cream. Serve accompanied by a few crostoli biscuits.
