Step 1
Begin by adding the strawberries, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and protein powder to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and set aside.
Step 2
Grab four 12oz containers with lids. Add 2.5 tbsp of chia seeds to each container, then evenly disperse the strawberry milk mixture into the four containers. Mix to ensure the chia seeds do not settle on the bottoms.
Step 3
Put the lids on and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, and stop with yogurt and sliced strawberries at meal time.
