Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Step 1

Mix well to combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil. Fold in white chocolate chips.

Step 2

Chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line cookie sheets with silicone liners or parchment paper.

Step 4

Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheets 2 inches apart.

Step 5

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
