Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a rimmed cookie sheet and set aside.2.Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Take off heat. Add in vanilla, cinnamon, salt and sugar alternative. Mix to combine.3.Toss the pecans into the mixture and mix gently with a small rubber spatula until all the pecans are coated. Try not to break any of the pecans.4.Pour out onto prepared pan. Spread out so there’s no overlapping.5.Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes. Check after 9 or 10 minutes. Nuts can burn very quickly. Mine took about 14 minutes. If there is still butter that’s runny, they are not done yet. Keep checking.6.Take out when done, let cool in the pan completely. The nuts will harden up in time. Break up and serve. Enjoy the deliciousness!
