Place lentils into simmering basket and rinse until water runs clear. Add rinsed lentils and coconut milk to mixing bowl. Place Varoma back into position, stir vegetables to ensure even cooking, then secure Varoma lid and cook 5 min/100°C//speed .
Step 6
Weigh spinach into Varoma, toss spinach amongst the beans and broccolini, secure Varoma lid and cook 4-6 min/100°C//speed or until vegetables and dahl are cooked to your liking. Season dahl with salt and serve alongside vegetables. Garnish with fresh chilli and lemon juice if desired.
