Step 1
Combine the marmalade and bitters in a cocktail shaker or jam jar with a lid. Use a spoon or muddler to break up the marmalade. Add the whiskey and a few cubes of ice. Seal the jar and shake until the jam has melted and the mix is frothy. Remove the lid, strain into a glass with or without ice. Add a splash of cold water or seltzer if desired.
