Step 1
Brown pork and onions in hot oil on both sides. Remove onions.
Step 2
Add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.
Step 3
Combine cornflour, salt, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce in pan, stir over low heat until it thickens.
Step 4
Add pork, capsicum, onions and pineapple, warm through.
Step 5
Serve with rice of choice.
