Step 1
In one cup water, add half of the kumquats and bring to rolling boil. Then add tea bags, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 more minutes.
Step 2
Fish out and discard the tea bags. Let water cool completely. Fill in pitcher of your choice. Top with remaining sliced kumquats, fresh mint, and sparkling water as per taste. Add ice and serve!
