Step 1
Add the chicken breasts to a bowl, sprinkle with the Tajin and 1 tablespoon of the oil, and toss to coat. You can cook the chicken right away, or cover the bowl, refrigerate and let it marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 2
Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and the chicken is cooked through. The time will depend on the thickness of your chicken.
Step 3
If necessary, cook for a few minutes so the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4
Your Tajin Chicken can be served with side dishes, over rice, or chopped and used in fajitas.
