Step 1

Mix all the ingredients under marinade into a bowl and add paneer to it.

Step 2

Toss the paneer in the marinade till the cubes are coated well. Cover and set aside for at least half an hour or up to two hours.

Step 3

Skewer paneer cubes alternating with onions and capsicum / bell peppers. This should make about 6- 8 skewers.

Step 4

Arrange all the prepared skewers in a single layer in the fryer basket, working in batches.

Step 5

Spray the tikka with a oil spray. This is important so that the veggies don't dry out.

HOW CAN I MAKE TANDOORI PANEER IN A CRISPLID Set CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker and set fryer basket on top of trivet.

Step 7

Arrange all the prepared skewers   in a single layer in the fryer basket, working in batches.

Step 8

Spray the Tikka with a oil spray. This is important so that the veggies don't dry out.

Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set it to 450 F degrees for 7 minutes. Turn the and set the time for 2 to 3 minutes until paneer pieces look little charred. (Same steps can be followed for Air Fryer)

Step 10

Repeat with remaining tikka.

Step 11

Carefully remove the skewers out (the paneer tends to become really soft so be careful) and place the skewers on your serving platter. Top with chopped coriander and squeeze lime juice on them.

Step 12

Serve immediately with cilantro mint chutney.
