Step 1
Rinse and dry pork ribs. Spray 2 sheets of aluminum foil with nonstick spray. Lay ribs on foil
Step 2
Liberally sprinkle both sides of pork with seasoning. Cover ribs in foil and wrap tightly. Lay ribs on baking sheet and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. The longer you do this the more flavor!
Step 3
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Remove pork from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Place rib racks (leave on the cookie sheet) in the oven and bake for 2½ hours or until ribs are knife tender. (Adjust time according to your rack size. Smaller racks will take less time (maybe 2 hours), bigger more time (possibly 3 hours). The key is that the ribs must be very tender. Wrapping them tightly in foil is keeping the moisture in.)
Step 4
GRILL: Heat grill to medium-high. Remove ribs from oven and brush one side with barbecue sauce. Place that side down on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Brush second side with BBQ sauce then flip, cooking another 3 to 4 minutes.OVEN: Preheat oven to broil. Place ribs on a clean baking sheet. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs. Broil ribs on each side until the sauce is bubbly and the ribs achieve some browning.
Step 5
Cut into serving size pieces (2 to 3 rib sections) and serve with extra BBQ sauce!
Step 6
Rinse and dry 1 rack of pork ribs. Cut pork ribs apart into sections of approximately 2 - 3 ribs each. (Note: only 1 rack will fit into a pressure cooker at a time.)
Step 7
Sprinkle all sides of the ribs generously with dry rub.
Step 8
Place a rack on the bottom of your pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water to bottom. Stand rib sections on the rack. Secure lid. Pressure cook on High setting, for 25 minutes. When complete, allow steam to release naturally for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 9
GRILL: Heat grill to medium high. Remove ribs from pressure cooker. Brush one side with BBQ sauce. Place sauce side down on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Brush second side with barbecue sauce then flip, cooking another 3 to 4 minutes.OVEN: Preheat oven to broil. Place ribs on a clean baking sheet. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs. Broil ribs on each side until the sauce is bubbly and the ribs achieve some browning.
