Step 1
Make the marinade by whisking together greek yogurt, mint, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic and minced onion flakes. Use to marinate your favourite fish like salmon or trout or a mild white fish like like cod or halibut.
Step 2
Spread the marinade over the fish in a shallow baking dish or zip top bag, marinate for an hour in the fridge and then bake on a baking sheet according to the right temperature for the fish chosen.For salmon or trout, we like to cook at 350-375F until cooked to desired doneness.
Step 3
Make the marinade ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
