Add the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, & oregano to a bowl or jar. Season with 2 teaspoons kosher salt & ground black pepper or crushed red pepper, as desired. Whisk or shake to combine. Set aside, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
