Add potatoes, corn, chicken stock, thyme, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot and stir.

Place lid on the Instant Pot and select Pressure Cook, cook on high pressure for 14 minutes.
Step 5
When cooking cycle is completed, perform a quick release of pressure.
Step 6
Remove lid and add cream of chicken soup, cheese, milk, and flour. Stir. Add more flour if needed to achieve desired thickness.
