Step 1
Add sugar to the Thermomix bowl. Mill for 10 seconds / speed 9.
Step 2
Add ice and crush for 5 seconds / speed Scrape down the bowl.
Step 3
Top, tail and quarter the lemons and add to the bowl together with 500g of water.
Step 4
Press the turbo button 5 times, for 1 second at a time. (If using the TM31, ensure you are in closed lid mode)
Step 5
Add remaining water to the bowl.
Step 6
Place the Thermomix basket inside the bowl and strain the lemonade into a jug.
Step 7
Serve in a chilled glass over ice.
