"Even using bottled lemon juice, this was good. I'm sure it would be great with fresh lemons, but they are pricey here. \r\n\r\nI did the full cup of sugar + cup of water to make the simple syrup, 1 cup of the juice, and filled the rest of a 1 liter jar with filtered water. It was still warm when I tasted it, I'm sure it'll be even better cold over ice later."

Make "simple syrup":  Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir so that the sugar dissolves completely and remove from heat.

Juice the lemons: While the water is heating for the simple syrup, juice your lemons. Depending on the size of the lemons, 4 to 6 of them should be enough for one cup of juice.

Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, water: Pour the juice and the simple syrup sugar water into a serving pitcher. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and taste. Add more water if you would like it to be more diluted (though note that when you add ice, it will melt and naturally dilute the lemonade).
If the lemonade is a little sweet for your taste, add a little more straight lemon juice to it.

Chill: Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with ice, sliced lemons.

Tasty and refreshing fresh raspberry lemonade is a winner on any hot summers day. With only four ingredients, this is a fast and easy way to add to the fun of backyard parties!

Place the cold water into your Aer Disc Container.

Trim the ends from the lemon and cut into four chunks, add to the container.

Add the raspberries, sugar, and water to the Aer Disc Container and start on low speed.

Combine ginger, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and water in a blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add club soda and ice and stir to combine. Serve immediately in ice-filled glasses. 

This fresh lemonade gets the maximum flavor out of just two ingredients (three if you count water).

Ultra-Flavorful Fresh Lemonade Recipe

(1.3kg) lemons (10 to 14 medium lemons)

sugar (2 cups; 400 grams)

water (3 cups; 700 milliliters)

Bring lemons to room temperature, then roll firmly against the counter to soften their rinds. Halve and juice; pour juice into a sealable container and refrigerate. Cut rinds into 1-inch chunks. Toss with sugar in a large nonreactive mixing bowl, cover tightly with plastic, and let stand at room temperature, stirring once every 45 minutes or so, until sugar has completely dissolved, about 3 hours. (You can let the mixture stand up to 12 hours, if desired.)

Add water and 8 ounces (1 cup) of reserved lemon juice (see note). Stir well, then strain through a nonreactive fine-mesh strainer or piece of cheesecloth into a glass or ceramic container. At this point, the concentrated lemonade can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.

When ready to serve, pour lemonade over ice and adjust to taste with additional water or lemon juice, depending on personal preference; bear in mind, though, that the lemonade will be diluted as the ice melts. (You will likely have some fresh lemon juice left over, which can be reserved for another use, though exactly how much you have will depend on how much you added to adjust the lemonade.)

Here’s a poke cake for lemon lovers! Delicious lemon cake infused with a bright and tart lemonade cream pudding.

Lemonade Cream Poke Cake

lemon instant pudding mix (4-serving size)

oz tub of whipped topping

Prepare cake as per box instructions using a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Cool cake on a rack. Once cool, poke holes about 1-inch apart in the cake.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly beat in the half-and-half.

Blend in the lemonade mix. Add the pudding mix and beat for 1 minute.

Pour pudding mixture on top of cake. Refrigerate until well chilled and pudding is set.

Frost with whipped topping.

How to Make Cucumber Lemonade / Limeade

Prepare the simple syrup if you&#039;re using one.

Juice the cucumber using one of these three methods (juicer, blender, or grater).

Prepare the lime juice. If you plan on garnishing the glasses, you can optionally zest one (or more) of the limes first, then juice the limes either using a citrus press or by hand. If doing it by hand, it can be a good idea to roll it on the counter a few times to loosen the juice and even pop them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. This will make it easier to squeeze out all the juice manually.You can zest all the citrus and save the zest in the freezer to use later within baked goods, compound butter, infused oil, cooking, etc.

To prepare the mint, you can roughly chop it or chop it into ribbons, as I did. To do so, I rolled the leaves up and use scissors (though a knife would also work) to slice them into ribbons.You can slightly muddle the herbs to make them release their flavor even more.

Add all the ingredients to a large jug/pitcher - the cucumber juice, citrus juice (I add the pulp as well), syrup, and mint, and stir well. Optionally top up with ice before serving! Feel free to add a few extra cucumber slices to the glass/ pitcher too.
