Step 1
Cut the tofu into cubes. Add the cubes in the Thail Chili Sauce and let it marinate for around 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the onion and red peppers into small cubes. Make sure they are roughly the same size as the tofu cubes.
Step 3
Assemble the skewer. I added a cube of tofu, a slice of onion, a small slice of pepper. I repeated this process until the skewer was full. In total, I managed to create 8 skewers.
Step 4
Heat a little olive oil on a grill pan. Grill the skewers for around 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with the chosen sides.
