Blatul: Se separa albusul de galbenus. Albusul se bate cu zahar si apa, adaugand alternativ apa si zahar in timp ce se bat. Cand sunt batute se adauga galbenusele, se amesteca foarte putin si se adauga apoi faina, nuca si praful de copt stins cu lamaie. Se pune intr-o tava unsa si tapetata cu faina si se da la cuptor pentru 40-45 minute. (Se face proba cu scobitoarea) (Pe fundul tavii se poate pune hartie de copt in loc de faina).
Step 2
Crema: Se fierb ouale cu zaharul si nesul pe aburi pana ajunge de consistenta unei smantani. Se lasa la racit, iar cand este rece se adauga untul si se mixeaza bine. Blatul se taie in trei parti egale si se insiropeaza cu sirop. Se pune alternativ blat si crema. deasupra se poate pune ciocolata sau crema.
Step 3
Sirop: 200 ml apa, 1 esenta de vanilie, 2 linguri zahar.
