Step 1
Preheat your grill to 350 degrees, and spray a 13x9 aluminum baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes and butter, together in a large bowl.
Step 3
Gently spoon it into the prepared baking pan.
Step 4
Melt the butter and mix it with the corn flakes. Sprinkle the cornflake mixture on top of the casserole.
Step 5
Grill at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender. If the top starts to brown too much, cover with foil until the potatoes have finished cooking.
Step 6
Remove and serve hot.
