Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C. Combine soy sauce, chilli, lime zest, lime juice and honey in a small jug.
Step 2
Place drumsticks in a baking dish. Pour over soy sauce mixture. Toss to coat. Season drumsticks with pepper and top with lime slices. Bake in the oven, turning chicken occasionally, for 40 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 3
Cook buk choy and baby broccoli in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 mins or until tender crisp. Refresh under cold water. Drain. Add to the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
Step 4
Sprinkle chicken with sliced chilli and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
