Put the spinach/kale, mango, orange juice, kiwi and a heaped Tbsp of coconut cream (the top part in a coconut milk can) in a blender.
Step 2
Add 1/2 cup of water and blend until super smooth (my blender took about a minute). You might also need to add a bit more water here.

Serve immediately.
