Tropical Green Smoothie For Healthy Digestion And Skin

Put the spinach/kale, mango, orange juice, kiwi and a heaped Tbsp of coconut cream (the top part in a coconut milk can) in a blender.

Add 1/2 cup of water and blend until super smooth (my blender took about a minute). You might also need to add a bit more water here.

Optionally you can add some soaked chia seeds to this smoothie to make it more nutritious and filling.

Get a taste of sunshine in this fun and fruity mix of lime, coconut, and pineapple!

Add all ingredients to the tall cup and twist on the cross blade.
