Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Dice onion, place into small saucepan with oil or butter and saute until soft. Place into a casserole dish.
Step 3
In a large pot, boil water and add macaroni. Cook for 10 minutes or until al dente. Strain macaroni then place into the casserole dish.
Step 4
Add all other ingredients into casserole dish and mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 30-45 minutes. Serves 4-6
