Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place bread on prepared tray, cut-side up.

Step 2

Spread bread with tomato passata. Sprinkle with half the parsley, then top with tuna, vegetables and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until base is crisp and top golden. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve melts with salad and lemon wedges.
