Step 1

Pour your milk of choice into a large glass or personal blender.

Step 2

Add the vanilla protein powder and matcha powder (or matcha collagen powder).

Step 3

Mix thoroughly. I recommend using a blender or a battery-operated matcha whisk/milk frother.

Step 4

If desired, add ice cubes to the glass or blender. If adding to a blender, mix again. You could also pour the blended matcha protein shake from the blender to a glass with ice.

Step 5
