This easy matcha protein shake is a delicious, high protein green tea smoothie that is loaded with antioxidants and made with only a few simple ingredients. It makes a great snack, a tasty afternoon pick-me-up, or a unique post-workout recovery drink (with lots of extra health benefits). 

Vanilla Matcha Protein Shake

Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

tsp Matcha Powder

(optional)

Ice Cubes (if desired)

Milk (of choice)

scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen Peptides Powder

Ice Cubes (optional)

Pour your milk of choice into a large glass or personal blender. 

Add the vanilla protein powder and matcha powder (or matcha collagen powder).

Mix thoroughly. I recommend using a blender or a battery-operated matcha whisk/milk frother. 

If desired, add ice cubes to the glass or blender. If adding to a blender, mix again. You could also pour the blended matcha protein shake from the blender to a glass with ice.
