Step 1

Place sugar and water into mixing bowl and heat 5 min/50°C/speed 2, until sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients and blend 1 min/speed 9.

Step 3

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and blend 1 min/speed 9. Transfer into a sterilised sealable jar and allow to cool to room temperature (approx. 30 minutes). Once cool, place into refrigerator until ready to use (see Tip).
