Mix together the yeast with the warm milk and granulated sugar. Let sit 10 minutes or until yeast blooms
While that blooms, mix together the aquafaba, flax seed, and water. let sit.
After the yeast blooms, mix in the aquafaba mixture and 2 tbsp melted vegan butter. stir
Add in the flour. Using a mixer, or your hands. Knead until smooth.
Place dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let sit in a warm spot for an hour or until doubled in size
Once dough has risen, roll out to half inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Use doughnut cutter or lids/tops of glasses to get the desired shape and size for your donuts. transfer to a cookie sheet. Cover and let rise another hour or until doubled in size.
Melt 1 tbsp vegan butter, and brush on donuts.
Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 7-9 minutes.
While baking, mix together 2 c powdered sugar, 1/4 c non dairy milk, and 2 tbsp melted vegan butter. This is your glaze
When just barely cooled enough to handle, dip in the glaze mixture, and place on a baking rack. Enjoy immediately, will also taste good later because sugar is delicious.
