If your vegan plant-based ground is not defrosted, make sure it is before starting this recipe.In a large bowl, combine you the plant-based ground with all the other burger ingredients. Use your hands or a spoon to fully incorporate.
Step 2
Form 6 patties ~2.5 inches wide. Flatten slightly and place on a plate to sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Warm a large skillet over medium heat with just enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Once the pan is warm, add your slider patties.
Step 4
Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until crisp and slightly browned. Cover your sliders for at least 2-3 minutes during the cooking process to help the inside cook through.
Step 5
Assemble your slider. Place the vegan meat on the bottom and top with a slice of red onion. On the top half of the bun add your vegan tzatziki with a sprinkle of feta crumbles. Enjoy your vegan gyro sliders right away!
