In a mug, add the banana and mash it with a fork. Add the oat flour, peanut butter, cacao powder, protein powder, maple, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and milk. Stir until well combined.

Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and mix those into the batter, then add some more on top.

Step 3

Microwave the mug cake on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Top with vegan vanilla ice cream, strawberries, or your toppings of choice and dig in.
