Step 1
Place a spinach wrap on a working station of a large plate.
Step 2
Spoon 2 tablespoons of hummus on it and spread across the surface of the wrap.
Step 3
Place 1/2 cup shredded cabbage, 1/4 cup carrots, and1/4 cup diced bell pepper all across the wrap's surface.
Step 4
Start rolling the wrap from one end tightly until the opposite end is reached.
Step 5
Place the wrap on a parchment-lined baking tray seam side down, and place the tray in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Step 6
Take the wraps out of the refrigerator and trim the ends. Using a sharp knife, cut the wraps into equal sizes.
Step 7
Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve.
