Step 1
Set aside sterilised jar/s (see Tips).
Step 2
Insert blade cover. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and start Slow Cook /3 h/95°C.
Step 3
Line a large sieve with a muslin cloth and set it over a large bowl or jug. Carefully strain liquid stock through the prepared sieve. Once the stock has drained, pour into sterilised jars and seal immediately. Allow to cool, then use the stock in soups, sauces or stews (see Tips).
