Step 1

Place the refried beans in a small saucepan. Add a splash of water and heat over medium-low just until warmed through.

Step 2

Lay a tortilla on a work surface. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese evenly over the tortilla. Top that with 2 tablespoons of the refried beans, then 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheddar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of the salsa, 1 tablespoon of green onions and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Place a couple slices of the avocado down the center of the tortilla. Starting on one side, roll the ingredients up in the tortilla, forming a wrap.

Step 3

Repeat 3 more times with the remaining ingredients, making 4 wraps.
