Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cooked bulgur wheat, tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, parsley and red onion until well-combined. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and toss well to combine.
Step 3
Taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.
