Step 1

If using sabja seeds or chia seeds, rinse them quickly in a large bowl.

Step 2

Strain to a coffee filter. Soak them in ¼ cup water for at least 30 mins to few hours.

Step 3

Rinse watermelon under running water.

Step 4

Cut it to 2 halves. Remove the seeds. Tender white seeds can be used for the juice.

Step 5

Chop the watermelon pulp from the rind.

Step 6

To avoid ice cubes, you can chill the watermelon before juicing.

Step 7

Add the ingredients to a blender jar and blend till smooth.

Step 8

If using soaked chia or sabja seeds, add then to your serving glass. Then pour the watermelon juice. Serve watermelon juice immediately.
