Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Cut watermelon into chunks. Place it on a tray and keep it in the freezer for 4-5 hours. (You can also use frozen watermelon chunks.)

Take out frozen chunks 5 minutes before making the recipe.

Sprinkle a pinch of black rock salt to it.
Step 4
Add 5-6 drops of lime juice and 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves.
Step 5
Drizzle 1/2 tsp of maple syrup. (You can adjust this as per the sweetness of the watermelon.)
Step 6
Crush everything well with the help of mortar or blend in a blender or food processor.
Step 7
Put crushed chunks in a tall glass.
Step 8
Fill half of the glass with orange juice.
Step 9
Watermelon sorbet is ready.
