Step 1

Grease an 18cm x 25cm slice tin and line it with baking paper.

Step 2

Combine crushed Weet-Bix, cocoa and chocolate chips in a bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup condensed milk and place the remainder in another bowl with melted butter and mix well. Add to a bowl with dry ingredients and mix well. Pour ingredients into prepared slice tin and use the back of a large spoon to press into a firm, even layer. Refrigerate while you make the icing.

Step 3

Melt white chocolate melts in short bursts in the microwave, stirring between each burst, until melted and smooth. Stir in reserved condensed milk. Spread over the slice, then return to the fridge for another 30 minutes to set.

Step 4

Slice into small squares and serve.
