Grease and line a slice tray with baking paper.

Press into slice tray and bake at 180C (170C fan forced) for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
When slice is cool, ice with chocolate glaze icing and quickly sprinkle with extra coconut.
Step 5
Icing: Melt margarine or butter and add to blended icing sugar and cocoa. Mix well and gradually pour in water, beating well. Pour over slice and spread evenly.
