On day 2, stir thoroughly twice a day

On days 3, 4, 5 repeat the same procedure. You should see bubbles and the fruit should float.
Step 4
On day 6 using your ph strips measure the ph. You should have an acidic ph to make sure the water is safe to use.
Step 5
On day 6 after your water has tested an acidic ph - mix 200 grams of yeast water with 200 grams of flour
Step 6
On day 7, if its doubled you can use it to mix your first sourdough bread! Follow the instructions of my no knead sourdough bread recipe. Link Below!
Step 7
After you mix your first dough, make sure to save 100 grams from Day 7 and feed it according to the maintenance feedings shown on my no knead sourdough bread recipe. Link Below!
