Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a large mixing bowl blend all the ingredients together until they form a mass.

On a clean work surface, scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and form into a log about 2 1/2 inches long. Bend the log into a half-moon and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used.

Step 4

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar while still hot. Allow to cool before serving.
