Combine all of the ingredients in a Ball/Kerr type glass jar and shake to combine. You can recycle one of the empty onion powder or garlic powder bottles as well.
Step 2
To make dressing, mix 2 Tbsp mix with 2 Tbsp water, 1/4 cup vinegar (white or cider), 2/3 cup oil light olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon juice. Use the dressing right away or place in the frig for a couple hours to let the flavors mingle.
Step 3
Or you can use this mix sprinkled on chicken, red potatoes, pork chops, etc. and bake in the oven.
Step 4
Store the dry mix in an air tight container.
