Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Add garlic, ginger, scallion, chili, chili flakes, sesame seeds, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to a heat-safe bowl. (I used metal)

Step 3

In a small pan, heat oil until it begins to lightly smoke.

Step 4

Once the oil is heated, pour over ingredients in your heat-safe bowl. Be careful - this will sizzle and become very hot.

Step 5

Once water is boiling, cook your noodles to the package instructions.

Step 6

Pour sauce mixture over cooked noodles.

Step 7

Gently stir to combine until each noodle is coated.

Step 8

Divide noodles into 2 bowls, serve and enjoy!
