Add the Absinthe to an atomiser and set aside
Step 2
Chill your glass
Step 3
Long stir the Bourbon, Cognac, Benedictine, Falernum, and Bitters with ice until very cold with the slightest dilution
Step 4
Spray the glass with Absinthe
Step 5
Strain the Sazerac into the Absinthe coated glass
