Whip up ⅜ cup Heavy cream with 1 tsp Powdered sugar in a high mixing bowl until semi-stiff.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp Grated almonds and whip again with a hand mixer until firm.
Step 3
Spoon the prepared almond whipped cream into a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle and use it to refine your coffee and delicious cakes.
